Return window
Tell us within 7 days of delivery if you want to return a bed. Freight collection takes longer than that to arrange, which is fine — the notice is what has to fall inside the window.
Condition we can accept
Unassembled, in the original flat-pack with the bolt bag intact, and with the invoice. Once panels are bolted together the coating around every hole is broken and the bed cannot go back into stock, so please check dimensions and clearances before you start.
What we cannot take back
Assembled or part-assembled beds, panels cut or drilled to size, made-to-order configurations, clearance stock and gift cards. Also anything returned without its flat-pack, because loose panels do not survive freight.
Damaged, wrong or short
Film the pallet as it is unwrapped, before you sign. Dented panels, a crushed corner, the wrong size or a bolt bag short of its count are covered if that video reaches us within 48 hours of delivery. We send replacement panels rather than a whole bed where a single panel is affected, which is faster for you and cheaper for us.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 12 business days to the original UPI handle or bank account. Freight returns take longer to reach us than parcels, which is why this window is longer than a small-parcel shop’s.
Starting a return
Email support@belveravaudlt.shop with the order number, what is wrong and the video if there is freight damage. We book the collection with the transporter and confirm the slot in writing.
