Where the tracking reference comes from
Freight is not a parcel network, so tracking starts when the consignment note is raised rather than at a courier counter. That happens within up to 3 business days of the order and the reference is emailed and texted the same day.
How long tracking should take to move
After booking, the consignment is with Delhivery Heavy / VRL for 5-12 business days. Freight lines run to a schedule rather than daily, so a scan can sit unchanged over a weekend without anything being wrong.
If tracking has stalled
Send the order number to support@belveravaudlt.shop and we raise it with the freight desk the same working day. Please do not reorder — a missing pallet is traced and replaced at our cost.
At delivery
The driver calls ahead. Unwrap and film the pallet before signing: a signature without inspection makes a freight-damage claim much harder. Dents, a crushed corner, the wrong size or a short bolt count are covered if the video reaches us within 48 hours.
