How you can pay
UPI as the prepaid option — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app — and Cash on Delivery. Those are the only two.
What we do not accept
We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal, and no payment credential is stored on our side. A card logo left in the theme is not an offer; the checkout is the authority.
Currency and tax
Prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable tax. This shop trades below the GST registration threshold, so we do not charge GST and do not issue a GST invoice.
Cash on Delivery on freight
COD works differently on a pallet: the transporter collects the full amount at your gate before unloading. Please have the exact sum ready, because a driver on a freight run cannot make change. Some routes and very high-value consignments are prepaid-only and the checkout shows this.
Failed or duplicate payments
If UPI debits but no order appears, do not pay twice. Send the UPI reference to support@belveravaudlt.shop and we either raise the order or return the money to the same handle within 5 to 7 business days.
