What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free from ₹2,999; a flat ₹99 below that. Dispatch takes up to 3 business days, then 5-8 business days to metro addresses and 7-12 business days elsewhere.
How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal. On a freight delivery the driver collects COD at your gate before unloading.
Can I return a bed once I have built it?
No. Return notice must reach us within 7 days of delivery and the bed must still be unassembled in its flat-pack. Bolting panels together breaks the coating at every hole, and the bed cannot be resold after that.
Is there a warranty against rust?
No. There is no six-month warranty and no manufacturer warranty here, and we will not invent one. Galvanised and coated steel weathers — how fast depends on your soil, your rainfall and whether cut edges were sealed. Transit damage, the wrong size or a short bolt count are covered: unboxing video within 48 hours.
What thickness of steel is used?
Every listing states the panel gauge and the assembled height, because those two numbers decide whether a bed bows once it is full of wet soil. A tall bed in a thin gauge will belly out at the middle; we would rather tell you that than sell you the taller one.
Is soil or a liner included?
No. You receive panels, corner brackets and the bolt bag listed on the page. Soil, compost, liners and ground cover are not supplied and are not available from us.
How do I track my order?
A tracking reference is emailed and texted once the consignment is booked, and the transporter calls before delivery. If tracking is quiet for two working days, write to us and we will chase the freight desk.
Do you have a yard I can visit?
No. Belvera Vaudlt is online-only; the address on the invoice is a registered office and staging area, not a display yard.
