Where the pallet ships from
Raised beds are staged and dispatched by us from Gurugram. Panels ship flat-packed with the bolt bag taped to the inside of the top panel, so the fasteners cannot be lost in transit.
These are heavy, oversized consignments. They move on a dedicated freight partner rather than a parcel network, and the delivery is to your gate — not up a staircase and not into a terrace.
Handling time
Orders are picked, counted against the panel and bolt list, and dispatched within up to 3 business days, Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM IST move to the next working day. Sundays and public holidays are not counted.
Delivery across India
Once the consignment is booked, transit runs 5-8 business days to metro addresses and 7-12 business days to the rest of India. With handling included, the usual estimate is 6-15 business days from the order.
We move these with Delhivery Heavy / VRL. Freight lines run to a schedule rather than daily, so a bed booked on a Friday afternoon often leaves on Monday — that wait is built into the ranges above.
Shipping charges
Free freight from ₹2,999 upwards. Below that a flat ₹99 applies whatever the pallet weighs. The charge is shown in the cart before you commit; nothing is added at delivery.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available alongside UPI on most PIN codes. Distant routes outside the freight partner’s COD network and very high-value consignments are prepaid-only, and the checkout says so before you confirm. No COD fee is charged.
Tracking and receiving
A tracking reference is emailed and texted once the consignment is booked, and the transporter calls before delivery. Please inspect the pallet and film it before signing — a signature without inspection makes a freight-damage claim much harder for both of us.
