1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of belveravaudlt.shop and any order placed on it. Belvera Vaudlt is a sole proprietorship based in Gurugram, Haryana, selling online across India. Placing an order accepts these terms as they stand on that day.
2. Account and fair use
You are responsible for the delivery address, gate access and phone number you give us, and for your own account credentials. You agree not to scrape, republish or resell our listings, drawings or dimension tables, and not to place orders you do not intend to accept.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is by UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery only; we do not accept credit cards, debit cards or PayPal. The shop trades below the GST registration threshold, so we do not charge GST and do not issue a GST invoice.
4. Orders, access and refusal
An order confirmation acknowledges rather than accepts the order. We may decline where stock has run out, where a price was clearly wrong, where the address cannot take a freight vehicle, or where fraud is suspected. Declined orders are refunded in full. Delivery is to the gate; you are responsible for moving panels beyond it.
5. Assembly and safe use
Beds are supplied flat-packed for self-assembly. Steel panel edges are sharp before assembly and gloves are required. We supply the fixings listed and nothing else; ground preparation, levelling and any anchoring are yours to arrange.
6. Intellectual property
The text, photography, drawings and layout on this site belong to Belvera Vaudlt. Any product name used to describe a profile, coating or size is descriptive and implies no association with or authorisation from a third party.
7. Limitation of liability
So far as the law allows, goods are supplied without any other warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, is limited to the amount paid for the item concerned. Nothing here limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited by agreement.
8. Governing law
Indian law governs these terms, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
